Why dont I have a relocate item!

The relocate item is given to players who join the server AFTER the pre-registration period - and only to players who are not invited to the world by another player. It is meant purely as a one off chance to move your village if you are not happy with the location. and is only present for 48 hours after you start the world.

How do I move closer to my friend/tribe!

If you do not have a relocation item, you cannot move closer to your tribe or friend. You can delete your account, wait for it to be fully deleted (Usually around 5 days) and then ask a friend/tribemate to invite you back to the game again if you really want to be closer to a friend!
